Sales Manager – Aluminium Fabrication Unit Factory.

Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting aluminium fabrication products and services. The role requires strong technical understanding of aluminium structures, excellent client relationship management, and proven sales experience in the construction and fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
  • Sales Management:
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders for aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, and cladding projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and promotional plans.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress and handle client feedback professionally.
  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in aluminum fabrication or construction industry in the UAE.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems (doors, windows, curtain walls, facades).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license with car preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
