Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - (Off Plan) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving off-plan sales, developing and executing sales plans, conducting market research, and providing top-tier service to clients. The Sales Manager will also liaise with developers, maintain client relationships, generate new leads, and ensure the effective closing of sales. Regular reporting on sales performance and strategy adjustments is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, particularly in off-plan sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute detailed sales plans
  • Market research and analysis skills
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
