Future Scaffolding and Aluminium Company is in need of a reliable Fabrication Project Manager to support our operations in Dubai Industrial City (DIC).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute fabrication projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Review fabrication drawings, material requirements, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Manage fabrication schedules and monitor progress to meet project milestones.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and engineering standards in the workshop and on-site.
• Oversee manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and production efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals and project coordination.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7–10 years of experience in fabrication project management within aluminium or façade industries.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and workshop operations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple fabrication projects successfully.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
