Job Purpose, Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Fabrication & Welding: Use TIG and MIG welding, grinding, cutting, and shaping tools to build strong, clean, and high-performance parts.

Material Expertise: Competent in working with aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and titanium materials.

Custom Component Fabrication: Fabricate custom mechanical parts including:

· Inlet intakes, exhaust parts, forced induction piping, and sheet metal

· Exhaust manifolds and complete exhaust systems

· Fuel system components, injector brackets, fuel rail mounts

· Turbo piping and related hardware

· Engine sheet metal

· Metal body panels, roll cages, spoilers, and flares

4. Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the Project Manager and technicians to understand build goals and performance requirements.

5. Blueprint Interpretation & Problem Solving: Read and interpret build specifications or troubleshoot and fabricate without drawings when necessary.

6. Fitment Solutions: Solve mechanical fitment issues in tight engine bays with creative and efficient fabrication techniques.

7. Build Cycle Support: Support complete build cycles, from raw material fabrication to final fitting and installation

8. Health and Safety: Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD300.000 - BD550.000 per month
