Fabricator/Welder

We are a Exeter based company seeking three to four skilled and motivated Fabricator/Welders to join our team, manufacturing a large variety of different components.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Capable of using hand and power tools.
• Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process to meet internal and client standards.
• Keep a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with health and safety guidelines.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in small sheet metal parts to large structural components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and mindset towards the role is vital.

Our workshop is located on Marsh Barton, making it easily accessible via motorway, rail, and bus links.

Workshop hours:

3 shifts available, 5 days a week:

06:00 - 14:30

07:00 - 15:30

08:00 - 16:30

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £19.00-£22.00 per hour
