About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Pipe Welder / Fabricator to join our busy workshop team based in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering stable, long-term work and regular overtime opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of pipework and structural components, working from engineering drawings and specifications. The role may also involve occasional site-based installation and welding work.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication specifications
Fabricate pipework and structural components to required standards
Carry out MIG welding as the primary welding process
Perform TIG welding where required
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Complete occasional on-site installation and welding work
Record and report work progress when required

Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator
Pipework fabrication experience preferred
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Competent in MIG welding (essential)
TIG welding experience (desirable)
Good understanding of fabrication processes and materials
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications or time-served experience
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Willingness to travel and work on-site when required
Flexible attitude towards overtime
