Plater/Welder

Job Summary

Multiweld UK Ltd are looking for experienced Fabricators to complement our existing highly motivated team in a small but busy fabrication workshop catering mainly to the power and building industries.

All applicants must have a minimum 2 years experience and have the ability to work from engineering drawings either independently or as part of a team.

Desirable experience:

Steel Fabrication working with materials from 3mm to 15mm thick

MIG welding to a good standard

TIG and MMA welding would be an advantage but is not essential

OXY Fuel cutting

Marking out

Understanding and work from Fabrication drawings

Experience in pressing and shearing would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given

This is a permanent position with immediate start

40 hours per week Monday to Friday + overtime (when the volume of work requires it)

Pay is negotiable depending on experience and capabilities, both to be discussed at interview
