Facade Cleaning In Charge

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facade Cleaning In Charge to oversee all external building cleaning operations, including high-rise facade cleaning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of safety protocols, and hands-on experience with rope access, cradle systems, and other facade cleaning methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily facade cleaning activities for assigned sites.
• Manage teams of rope-access technicians and cleaners allocate manpower and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards risk assessments and method statements.
• Inspect building exteriors to determine cleaning requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee the use maintenance, and storage of facade cleaning equipment.
• Liaise with clients, facility managers, and internal supervisors to ensure high service quality.
• Maintain documentation such as work permits, attendance, progress reports, and incident reports.
• Provide on-the-job training to staff on equipment handling and safety practices.
• Ensure that all operations follow local regulations and company HSE guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facade cleaning, including supervisory experience.
• IRATA certification.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to high-rise cleaning.
• Ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Familiarity with cradle systems, rope-access methods, pressure washing, and cleaning chemicals.
