Facade Cleaning Operation & Sales

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for façade cleaning, rope-access cleaning, high-rise window cleaning, and related FM services.
• Conduct site surveys to assess façade type, access method, and cleaning requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Present services to clients including property managers, FM companies, building owners, and developers.
• Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and quotations to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Operations Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate façade cleaning jobs with rope access, cradle teams, or scaffolding providers.
• Conduct site assessments for safety, equipment requirements, and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, including risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and work permits.
• Supervise or monitor cleaning teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Communicate with clients regarding job progress, challenges, and completion updates.
• Inspect and approve completed jobs before handover.
• Handle material procurement, equipment allocation, and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain job reports, daily activity logs, and performance documentation.
