Facade Design Draftsman

Meraki Group is seeking a dedicated and innovative Facade Design Draftsman to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed design plans and specifications for high-quality façade systems. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that all designs align with project objectives and comply with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for façades using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and precision
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate architectural, structural, and MEP input into façade designs
• Review project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Conduct design presentations and provide technical support to project teams and clients
• Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Stay current with trends and advancements in façade design technology and materials
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in façade design drafting within the construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or similar software is a plus
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and building regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively work in teams and communicate design ideas clearly
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
