Job Summary

Facade Designer .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop facade design concepts and detailed drawings for building exteriors.
• Prepare 2D and 3D models, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Select appropriate facade materials, systems, and finishes based on project requirements.
• Coordinate facade systems with structural, MEP, and architectural teams.
• Conduct thermal, acoustic, and structural performance assessments with relevant consultants.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation for tender and construction.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and submittals for compliance with design intent.
• Participate in site inspections and quality control for facade installations.
• Stay up to date with latest facade technologies, materials, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, sustainability standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in facade design or building envelope detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with structural analysis and thermal performance tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of materials such as glass, aluminum, stone, and cladding systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
