Facade Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Planning Engineer to oversee and support fabrication and supply-related projects involving MS Steel, MS Brackets, and Aluminium Unitized Panels. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Design, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch to ensure timely procurement, production, and delivery of materials across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and coordinate projects involving fabrication and supply of MS Steel, MS Brackets, and Aluminium Unitized Panels.</li><li>Monitor project progress including raw material procurement, production status, and material dispatch to various project sites.</li><li>Prepare and update the Planning Schedule for procurement, production, and supply for ongoing and upcoming projects.</li><li>Develop and circulate a Daily Task Schedule to Purchase, Production, Design, and Dispatch teams to ensure alignment.</li><li>Coordinate with the Design department to receive the Bill of Materials (BOM) and liaise with the Purchase department for material sourcing.</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely supply and expedite deliveries if necessary.</li><li>Collect Quality Test Reports from vendors and forward them to the project team for client submissions.</li><li>Maintain and update BOM Tracker for all projects to monitor material availability and consumption.</li><li>Update and track Production Status using the Production Tracking Sheet.</li><li>Compile and submit Weekly Production Reports and Design Status Reports to senior management.</li></ul>Key Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Strong coordination and multitasking skills</li><li>Understanding of fabrication and production processes</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools</li><li>Basic knowledge of procurement and quality documentation</li><li>Good communication and reporting abilities</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
