Facade Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Planning Engineer to oversee and support fabrication and supply-related projects involving MS Steel, MS Brackets, and Aluminium Unitized Panels. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Design, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch to ensure timely procurement, production, and delivery of materials across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate projects involving fabrication and supply of MS Steel, MS Brackets, and Aluminium Unitized Panels.
• Monitor project progress including raw material procurement, production status, and material dispatch to various project sites.
• Prepare and update the Planning Schedule for procurement, production, and supply for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Develop and circulate a Daily Task Schedule to Purchase, Production, Design, and Dispatch teams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with the Design department to receive the Bill of Materials (BOM) and liaise with the Purchase department for material sourcing.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely supply and expedite deliveries if necessary.
• Collect Quality Test Reports from vendors and forward them to the project team for client submissions.
• Maintain and update BOM Tracker for all projects to monitor material availability and consumption.
• Update and track Production Status using the Production Tracking Sheet.
• Compile and submit Weekly Production Reports and Design Status Reports to senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
