Facade Designer

Location: Sajaa Industrial Area, Sharjah – Office-based (UAE residency required)

Role Summary

Engineer with strong 3D metal modeling skills for architectural skylights. You’ll read/interpret IFC/IFT documents, develop precise 3D models, and prepare coordinated shop drawings aligned with Gulf Extrusions and Schüco systems.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D metal models for skylight systems.
• Read, analyze, and extract scope from IFC/IFT documents.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and BOQs as needed.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for revisions/approvals.
• Apply system know-how (Gulf Extrusions, Schüco) to practical detailing.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Civil/Architectural/Mechanical or similar).
• Proven experience in 3D AutoCAD (other 3D tools are a plus).
• Solid experience modeling skylight/metal/ façade components.
• Strong drawing standards, detailing, and clash-checking skills.
• Knowledge of Gulf Extrusions and Schüco systems.
• Located in UAE (mandatory) and able to work on-site in Sajaa, Sharjah.
• Good English communication; Arabic is a plus
