Facade Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate material take-offs and cost estimates.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and pricing breakdowns for aluminum and glazing works.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical data.
• Analyze project requirements to determine labor, material, and time costs.
• Support the sales and project teams with technical and pricing inputs.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market prices and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Aluminum Estimation within the façade or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and cladding.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
