Facade Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate aluminum cost estimates.
• Perform material take-offs, labor calculations, and pricing of aluminum systems, including windows, doors, curtain walls, panels, and related assemblies.
• Source pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and present cost breakdowns to project managers and clients.
• Collaborate with the design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Track and analyze historical cost data to support more accurate future estimates.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, aluminum material costs, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an estimator in aluminum fabrication, glazing, or construction industry (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of aluminum materials, systems, and manufacturing processes.
