Façade Estimator

Location: DIP 1 (near metro station)

We are seeking an experienced Façade Estimator (immediate joiner) to prepare accurate cost estimates for aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, cladding, and other façade systems.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQ, and project specs
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Provide value engineering options
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams
• Maintain organized estimation files

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 2–5 years façade estimation experience
• Strong knowledge of façade systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
