Facade Purchase Manager

Job Role:- We are hiring a Facade Purchase Manager with experience in aluminium, glass, and facade materials procurement. Candidate should handle vendor management, costing, and purchasing for facade projects.

Responsibilities:-

• Manage procurement of facade materials (glass, aluminium, hardware, fittings)
• Develop and manage vendor / supplier network
• Handle RFQ, negotiation, and finalization of rates
• Coordinate with design, project, and site team
• Ensure timely material delivery as per project timeline
• Monitor costing and budget control
• Prepare purchase orders and documentation
• Evaluate and compare vendor quotations

Skills Required:-

• Experience in facade / aluminium / glazing industry
• Strong knowledge of materials, profiles, glass, hardware
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Understanding of project requirements and costing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Preferred:-

• Experience in ACP, structural glazing, unitized facade systems
• Existing vendor contacts in facade industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
