Project Execution

• Coordinate with stakeholders: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to integrate the facade design with the overall building plan.
• Budget Management: Estimate costs and manage budgets to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the fabrication and installation processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standard
