Job Title: Technical Manager – Steel & Metal Façade

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in steel structures and metal façade systems. The ideal candidate will oversee technical operations, ensure project compliance with specifications, and provide leadership to the engineering and drafting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all technical and engineering activities related to steel and metal façade projects
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals before client submission
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local regulations
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages
• Lead and guide estimation, drafting, and engineering teams
• Monitor project timelines and ensure technical deliverables are met on schedule
• Approve material specifications and technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in steel fabrication and metal façade industry
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, cladding systems, and façade installation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in GCC projects is an advantage
