Job Summary:
Mindzeye Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to manage Facebook chat support and drive online sales. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers through Messenger, respond to inquiries promptly, and convert leads into sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming Facebook messages and respond professionally and promptly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Convert leads into successful sales by offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow up with potential clients to close sales and build customer loyalty.
• Provide basic technical assistance or escalate complex queries to relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ year experience in online customer support or sales (preferred).
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Facebook Business tools is a plus.
• Sales-driven attitude and customer-centric approach.

Working Hours: Night Shift , 1) 8 pm to 5 am 2) 10 pm to 7 am
Location: On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
