Face Lifting Massage Therapist

Career Land Center is recruiting on behalf of a new and exciting concept launching in Jeddah — Facial Gym Massage a first-of-its-kind facial fitness studio focused on facial muscle training, lifting, and sculpting.

This is not a traditional spa. The environment is energetic, results-driven, and built around delivering visible transformation for every client.

We are looking for skilled and passionate female therapists to join the founding team.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial muscle massage sessions using advanced lifting and sculpting techniques
• Operate EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) devices safely and effectively for facial toning
• Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate skincare products and protocols
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all tools and treatment areas
• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve consistent, visible results
• Educate clients on at-home facial fitness routines and aftercare
• Uphold the Face Gym brand standards in a professional and energetic studio environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in facial massage, lifting techniques, or facial fitness treatments
• Hands-on experience with EMS facial devices
• Solid knowledge of skin types, skincare products, and hygiene protocols
• Experience with Face Gym-style or results-based facial concepts is a strong advantage
• Diploma or certification in beauty therapy, esthetics, or a related field
• Familiarity with facial anatomy and muscle mapping
• Strong communication skills — Arabic and/or English proficiency preferred
