Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Meta & Google Ads Marketing Executive to manage paid digital campaigns, generate qualified leads, optimize ROI, and strengthen Amtech Systems’ digital presence across education, corporate, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Manage search, display, video, and remarketing campaigns
• Monitor budgets and maximize ROI

Lead Generation

• Generate quality B2B leads for:
• Interactive displays
• EdTech solutions
• Digital kiosks
• Smart classroom projects

Performance Optimization

• Track KPIs, conversions, CTR, CPL, ROAS
• A/B test creatives, targeting, and landing pages
• Improve campaign performance continuously

Content Coordination

• Work with design team for:
• Ad creatives
• Videos
• Landing pages

Reporting & Analytics

• Weekly/monthly performance reports
• Market trend analysis
• Competitor campaign monitoring

Required Skills

✔ Google Ads & Meta Ads expertise
✔ Conversion tracking & pixel setup
✔ Analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager)
✔ Strong copywriting for ads
✔ Lead funnel understanding
✔ Budget optimization experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Digital Marketing certification (Google/Meta preferred)
• 2–5 years experience in paid ads
• Experience in EdTech / IT / B2B marketing preferred
• Understanding of CRM integrations (Bitrix preferred)
