Facebook Group Manager / Social Media & Monetization Specialist (Remote)

With thousands of active members, we aim to grow our community, deliver valuable content, and create monetization opportunities while maintaining a safe, helpful, and professional environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Facebook Group Manager / Social Media & Monetization Specialist to manage our Facebook group, engage with members, and implement strategies to grow the group and generate revenue.

You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and moderate the Facebook group to ensure high-quality, safe, and engaging discussions.
• Create, schedule, and post content to drive engagement (listings, tips, polls, guides, Q&A).
• Develop and implement monetization strategies including:
• Sponsored posts and featured listings
• Affiliate partnerships
• Premium membership content
• Lead generation opportunities
• Monitor group activity, analyze engagement metrics, and provide insights to improve reach and performance.
• Respond to member queries professionally and maintain excellent community relations.
• Coordinate with external service providers or sponsors when required.
• Stay updated on trends in short-term rental market and social media best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Facebook groups or social media communities (preferably in real estate, rentals, or travel).
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, engagement strategies, and monetization.
• Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home.
• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate / short-term rental market is a strong plus.
