We are a growing Construction Estimation, Architectural Design, Drafting, and Project Support Services firm serving clients in international markets. We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Lead Generation Executive to help expand our B2B client base and generate qualified business opportunities through strategic Facebook marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality B2B leads through Facebook and related social media platforms. She should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation campaigns, prospect engagement, and business development strategies. The candidate must be comfortable working in a BPO environment and night shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook lead generation campaigns.
- Generate qualified B2B leads for Construction Estimation, Architectural Design, Drafting, and related services.
- Identify and target potential clients including contractors, builders, developers, architects, engineers, and construction firms.
- Create and manage lead generation funnels to maximize conversions.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Stay updated with Facebook advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Maintain lead databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute innovative ideas to expand the company's business reach and client acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience in Facebook Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, retargeting, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience generating B2B leads is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Knowledge of the construction, estimation, architectural, or drafting industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with BPO work culture and performance-driven environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
