Role Overview
We are looking for a Facebook Lead Generation Intern (ONSITE) who can identify potential prospects on Facebook and initiate conversations through simple outreach and chat.
This role is focused on manual prospecting and messaging, not paid ads or complex marketing tools. The intern will be trained on how to approach prospects professionally and move conversations forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification:
- Find relevant prospects using Facebook groups, pages, comments, and profiles
- Identify users who may have a need for our services
- Initial Outreach:
- Send simple, professional Facebook messages to prospects
- Follow provided messaging guidelines (no spamming, no copy-paste abuse)
- Chat Handling:
- Continue conversations with interested prospects
- Ask basic qualifying questions
- Share introductory information when required
- Lead Recording:
- Maintain a simple record of contacted prospects and responses
- Update lead status (Interested / Not Interested / No Response)
- Daily Activity Targets:
- Meet daily outreach and conversation benchmarks set by the team lead
Skill Requirements (Simple & Practical)
- Basic understanding of Facebook usage (profiles, groups, messaging)
- Ability to write clear and polite English messages
- Comfortable chatting with strangers professionally
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions

- No graduation required
- NO Students may apply
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Must be available for regular working hours (ONSITE)

- No graphic designing
- No content writing
- No cold calling
This role is strictly about manual Facebook outreach and chat-based lead generation.
