About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Female Facebook Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through Facebook, engaging with potential customers, and supporting our sales team in expanding our international client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through Facebook pages, groups, and Marketplace.
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with prospects via Facebook Messenger.
- Identify potential customers and build targeted lead lists.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Monitor Facebook trends and identify new lead generation opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Female candidate required.
- Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Facebook lead generation, social media marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Good understanding of Facebook groups, pages, Marketplace, and Messenger.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
