Job Overview:
SourceCode is seeking an experienced Facebook Marketer to handle our RSP Campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid Facebook ad campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Facebook ad campaigns to achieve RSP campaign goals.
• Research audience segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Design and optimize ad creatives, copy, and CTAs for maximum performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure message consistency.
• Stay updated with Facebook algorithm updates, ad policies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Facebook Ads and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid social media strategy, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign reporting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work during night shift hours (5 PM – 2 AM).
