Full Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Web Support Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with proven experience in backlink building and additional skills in WordPress management and light web development (HTML/CSS). This role combines SEO growth with website maintenance to ensure both visibility and performance of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.

- Optimize website structure, content, landing pages, and metadata.

- Plan and execute backlink acquisition campaigns including outreach and guest posting.

- Monitor backlink profile health and ensure quality and relevance.

- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

- Manage and maintain WordPress websites including updates, plugins, and light coding edits (HTML, CSS, PHP).

- Troubleshoot bugs and ensure responsive site performance.

- Collaborate with teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Skills & Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.

- Proven record in link-building and backlink strategies.

- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress Admin.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Not Required)

- Local SEO experience.

- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.

- Familiarity with site builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi).

- Hosting/cPanel knowledge.

- Blogs and articles writing to support SEO and content marketing efforts.
