Requirements:

✅ Faceless/AI-style videos editing experience

✅ Strong grip on stock footage, b-rolls & storytelling

✅ Good command on voiceovers syncing & pacing

✅ Can deliver high-quality videos on deadlines

✅ Experience with YouTube formats (Top 10, Mysteries, Finance, Motivation, etc.)
