Required Skills:
Strong experience working for US healthcare projects – 3+ yrs exp of recent project experience
Core Facets Expertise
Deep understanding of Facets data model, business rules, and configuration. Strong hands-on experience with multiple Facets modules, especially:
Claims Processing
Membership
Provider
UM
Familiarity with HIPAA EDI transactions (834, 835, 837, 820, 270/271).
Understanding of payer business processes and regulatory compliance.
NetworX Pricer (Good to have)
Facets Workflow & Extensions (Good to have)
Oracle & Database Skills
Expert-level Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
Experience with complex stored procedures, packages, triggers, indexes.
Strong understanding of relational data modeling and query optimization.
Technical Tools & Ecosystem
SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar tools
Control-M or job schedulers
Git, CICD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
Mandatory Skills: Facets Front End .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
