Required Skills & Experience:

• Valid Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Lash Extensions–Only license not accepted)
• Facials & Skincare: Minimum 2 years of consistent, in-spa experience performing Facials and ideally Hydrafacials, Dermabrasion & Dermaplaning
• Lash Extensions: Minimum 5 years of consistent, in-salon experience performing Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions,
• Beauty: Minimum 2 years performing lash lifts, brow laminations, and lash and brow tinting, and facial waxing
• Confidence with consultations, customization, aftercare education and upselling services and products
• Professionalism in appearance, punctuality, and communication

Pay: $39,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Hydrafacial (in spa/suite (NOT school)): 1 year (Preferred)
• Dermaplaning (in spa/suite (NOT school)): 1 year (Preferred)
• Lash & Brow Tinting (in spa/suite (NOT school)): 1 year (Required)
• Lash Extensions (in spa/suite (NOT school)): 5 years (Required)
