Facial Specialist

We are looking for a passionate, friendly, and experienced Facial Specialist / Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team! The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, client experience, and helping clients feel confident in their skin.

Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facials based on client skin concerns and goals
• Provide skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments/products
• Perform services such as deep cleansing facials, acne treatments, anti-aging facials, hydrating treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels (if licensed), extractions, and facial massage techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment according to state regulations
• Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

Qualifications:

• Valid Facial Specialist / Esthetician license (Florida preferred)
• Experience in facials and skincare treatments preferred
• Knowledge of different skin types and conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism
