Facial Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Facialist to join our wellness team at Othuba Beauty Lounge. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments while enhancing the overall client experience. You will leverage your expertise in skincare to deliver personalized services, educate clients on effective skincare routines, and promote our unique brand philosophy.

Rspobsibilities:

• Conduct thorough skin assessments to develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration techniques, utilizing high-quality products that align with our brand identity.
• Educate clients on skincare regimens and product recommendations to promote ongoing care and wellness.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in skincare technology to provide clients with the latest treatments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of skincare techniques and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
