Senior Spa Therapist

We are looking for a professional and well experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our team.

Senior Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional spa and wellness treatments in accordance with Alfardan Spa standards, ensuring every guest experiences the highest level of personalized care and relaxation. This role requires advanced technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to guide and mentor junior therapists in maintaining consistency, quality, and service excellence. The position plays a key role in upholding Alfardan Spa’s reputation for luxury, wellness, and holistic rejuvenation by combining skilled hands-on therapy with product knowledge, guest engagement, and team leadership.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure all treatment areas, equipment, and linens are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
• Follow strict sanitation and disinfection procedures in compliance with Alfardan Spa’s health and safety policies.
• Report any maintenance or supply issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted service flow.
• Support the management team in achieving departmental goals through efficient use of time, resources, and teamwork.
• Participate in regular stock checks, treatment audits, and operational briefings as required.

• Mentor and guide Spa Therapists by demonstrating excellence in technique, guest interaction, and professionalism.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new therapists, ensuring they understand and adhere to Alfardan Spa standards.
• Support management in conducting skill assessments and identifying training needs.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
