Facial Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facial Therapist to join our team. The primary role is to assess client skin care needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and perform a wide range of facial and skin care services. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering visible results, providing an exceptional client experience, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Consultation:

• Conduct detailed skin analysis for new and returning clients to determine skin type, conditions, and concerns.
• Perform customized facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and massage, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment as required.
• Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations for home care routines and retail product usage to maximize treatment benefits.
• Maintain a calm, relaxing, and hygienic environment in the treatment room at all times.

Client Care & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments performed, products used, and progress notes after each session.
• Educate clients on proper skin health maintenance, sun protection, and lifestyle factors affecting the skin.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and fully informed about all aspects of their treatment.

Operational Support:

• Manage and sanitize all tools, equipment, and linens according to salon and health regulations.
• Monitor and manage professional product inventory, ensuring the treatment room is always stocked.
• Collaborate effectively with the reception team to ensure smooth scheduling and client transitions.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Facial Therapist, Aesthetician, or Skin Care Specialist in a salon, spa, or clinical setting.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Proven practical ability in various facial treatments and skin analysis.
• Familiarity with various professional-grade skin care product lines and ingredients.
• Excellent consultation, communication, and client service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• The ability to perform other beauty services (e.g., waxing, eyebrow/lash treatments, body treatments) is a distinct advantage.

Compensation

The salary package will be discussed in detail during the face-to-face interview process, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
