Facial Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Facial Therapist to provide high-quality facial and skincare treatments. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of skin types and conditions, excellent hands-on skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facial treatments such as deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, acne, and brightening facials
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
• Operate facial machines and aesthetic equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety
• Build strong client relationships and provide personalized skincare advice
• Upsell treatments and retail products when appropriate
• Keep accurate client records and treatment notes
• Stay updated with the latest skincare techniques and trends

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in Facial Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Aesthetics
• Proven experience as a Facial Therapist or similar role
• Knowledge of skincare products, skin conditions, and facial techniques
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced facial treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy)
• Sales or retail experience in a spa or clinic setting

Working Conditions:

• Spa, salon, or aesthetic clinic environment
• May require standing for extended periods
