We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facialist to join our prestigious team and contribute to our mission of providing the ultimate in skincare and relaxation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform luxurious and results-driven facials using advanced skincare machines such as microdermabrasion, LED therapy, radiofrequency (RF), oxygen treatments, ultrasound, and more.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments for each client, recommending customized treatments and regimens based on their unique skincare needs and concerns.
- Provide expert guidance on skincare products, helping clients choose the right products for at-home care to complement their treatments.
- Maintain a pristine, sanitary, and organized treatment environment, ensuring that all equipment is cleaned, sterilized, and in optimal working condition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the skincare industry to continually elevate the spa’s offerings.
- Deliver a high level of customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor that reflects the spa’s luxury brand.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and loyalty.
- Document detailed client treatment histories and progress notes to track improvements over time.
- Participate in spa promotional events, training, and workshops.
- Follow spa policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facialist, Skincare Specialist, or Esthetician in a luxury spa or high-end skincare setting.
- Expertise in working with advanced skincare equipment (e.g., microdermabrasion, LED therapy, radiofrequency, ultrasound, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of various skin types, conditions, and how to treat them with precision.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to educate clients on skin health and provide tailored skincare advice.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury setting.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to providing flawless treatments.
- Certification from a recognized skincare or esthetics program (required).
