AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of Facilitator (Sales staff) (Customer Services Representative) for our entity based in Gujranwala

Position: Facilitator (Customer Service)

Location: Prisma Mall (Gujranwala)

Qualification: Intermediate

Duty Timings: 2pm-11pm weekdays and in weekends till 12pm

Salary: 37,000 + Overtime + Incentives & Commissions

Working Days: 6 days

Job Description:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Operate and oversee specific attractions or activities, ensuring guest safety and adherence to operational guidelines.
• Conduct safety checks and provide instructions to guests.
• Organize and lead games, competitions and Fun Environment for customers.
• Promote safety and ensure that guests follow rules and guidelines.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Clean and organize the facility before the operational timings.
