About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated F&B Trainer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create training materials, workshops, and programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct formal and hands-on training sessions covering food safety, hygiene, service standards, and company procedures.
- Assess staff performance and identify areas needing improvement in service, skills, or product knowledge.
- Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their skills, productivity, and customer service abilities.
- Make sure that all staff understand and adhere to company policies, brand standards, and food safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of learning and encourage staff to adopt best practices to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Bridge the gap between corporate directives and frontline execution, translating company vision into actionable training.
Skills:
- Ability to convey information clearly, facilitate discussions, and provide constructive feedback.
- To guide, motivate, and support staff through coaching and leading by example.
- Capable of tailoring training methods and materials to suit different learning styles and needs.
- Strong understanding of hospitality, food safety (HACCP), and customer service best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a driving licence and own a car.
- 2 to 5 years experience in Training & Development within the hospitality industry.
- Skilled in MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English and Urdu (spoken and written)
- Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
