Facilitator - Center of Excellence

We are currently recruiting for a Facilitator-Centre of Excellence to join our Onboarding team in our Centre of Excellence office, located in Jebel Ali 06.


Scope: The Facilitator - Centre of Excellence is an individual who guides and supports learners throughout a training program to ensure they effectively gain new knowledge and skills. They function as more than just a presenter; their focus is on creating an engaging learning environment that fosters participation and maximizes knowledge retention. This role required to facilitate interactive sessions using a variety of methods like presentations, discussions, group activities, and case studies and shall measure the success of the training program through assessments, surveys, or feedback sessions.


Responsibilities:


Financial


  • Lead to higher participant satisfaction, which can translate into repeat business and positive referrals for the company and should be able to suggest improvements to training programs, making them more marketable and appealing to a wider audience


Customer


  • Deliver engaging and effective training programs directly impacts revenue and cost-effectiveness, while indirectly contributing to improved client satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Assist with maintaining classrooms to ensure a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment.
  • Document suggestions for amendments/improvements to ensure course material is current and relevant
  • Facilitate training sessions which meet their course aim and objectives by maintaining classroom control and creating an effective learning environment


Process


  • Prepare for, conduct, and assess the learning programme as per the defined learning plan, session plan and COE processes and procedures
  • Deliver training in line with the Learning Plan and recommendations of the Learning Needs Analysis results
  • Facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and presentations
  • Ensure that the learning and development methods meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care
  • Assist in the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) as subject matter expert (SME)
  • Create and develop practical activities, visual material and learning aids
  • Assist with the creation of the Centre of Excellence course prospectus and manual
  • Update attendance, assessment, and evaluation records at the end of each session onto TR360
  • Monitor, record, and evaluate learning and development activities and program effectiveness, success and return on investment (ROI) periodically


Innovation


  • Provide assessment of course material/resources and report findings to the Training Academy Specialists/Manager to ensure modifications/development are in accordance with requirements
  • Promote a learning environment within the team. Encourage professional development and knowledge sharing to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge



Selection Criteria


  • Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in similar role or training department
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • 1 year of experience in Hospitality (hotels) would be an added advantage
  • Training delivery experience is a plus
