Job Title: Class Facilitator (Grades 6–8)

Reporting To: Section Head / Academic Coordinator

Working Hours: 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM

Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

The Class Facilitator for Grades 6–8 will be responsible for managing the assigned class while also teaching core subjects. The role requires effective classroom management, coordination with subject teachers where required, and ensuring students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional development. The facilitator is expected to maintain a strong command over all major subjects taught within the assigned grade level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned subjects effectively and ensure student understanding across all core areas
• Maintain strong command over all relevant subjects for Grades 6–8
• Manage overall classroom discipline and student engagement
• Monitor students’ academic progress, behavior, and attendance
• Coordinate with other subject teachers regarding student performance and concerns
• Plan lessons, class activities, assessments, and follow-up support for students
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning environment
• Prepare and maintain student records, reports, and documentation as required
• Support students’ emotional wellbeing and encourage positive behavior
• Participate in school events, meetings, trainings, and academic activities
• Ensure implementation of school policies, ethics, and classroom expectations
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager or Academic Coordinator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
• Strong command over English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
• Experience in teaching middle school students preferred
• Good classroom management and communication skills
• Organized, responsible, and student-focused approach
• Ability to handle multiple academic responsibilities effectively
