Requirements:
Are you a team player who takes pride in your work? We are looking for a reliable, skilled individual to perform general maintenance and upkeep of the library building and grounds and perform room setups. Successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail, be safety conscious, and have the ability to work independently.
Primary Duties Include:
- Perform basic repairs.
- Perform room setups for meetings and library events.
- Monitor and restock facility supplies such as cleaning items, tools, etc.
- Ensure cleanliness of the library building and grounds.
- Respond in a timely manner to facility-related requests or tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Custodial experience and mechanical aptitude a plus
- Position requires evening and weekend hours
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds and access cleaning areas
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different local locations
Position A Details:
- Full Time or Part Time: Part Time with Limited Benefits
- Hours: 12-18 hours a week, including evenings and weekends
- Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays, 3:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. and rotating Fridays, 12:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. with occasional weekends
- Salary: $18.11-21.30/hour (midpoint); internal equity is used in determining the rate of pay
- Benefits: We offer limited PTO and participation in our employee assistance program.
Position B Details:
