Facilities Associate

Position Overview

YTS Wealth Management is seeking a reliable, hands-on Facilities Associate / Handyman to support the day-to-day upkeep, organization, and functionality of our office environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, light maintenance work, and contributing to a clean, professional workplace.

This is an in-house, part-time position that plays a key role in maintaining our offices so employees and clients have a safe, organized, and welcoming space.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs and light maintenance, including basic fixes, adjustments, and preventative upkeep
  • Assist with furniture moves, office setup, and reconfigurations as needed
  • Coordinate with external vendors (maintenance, utilities, deliveries, etc.), including granting access and overseeing work when necessary
  • Manage supply stocking and organization, including maintenance supplies, common-area items, and storage spaces
  • Provide day-to-day facilities troubleshooting, identifying and addressing issues proactively
  • Support general office upkeep projects to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization

Upkeep Support

The Facilities Associate will help support company-wide cleanliness standards by:

  • Assisting with daily cleaning and light maintenance projects
  • Helping ensure kitchens and common areas remain clean, stocked, and organized
  • Supporting and reinforcing end-of-day cleanliness standards across the office
  • Helping communicate and maintain clear cleanliness expectations company-wide

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in handyman, maintenance, facilities, or similar roles preferred
  • Comfortable performing basic repairs, light maintenance, and physical tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
