Facilities Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Maintenance & Operations: Coordinate and oversee general maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the facility, including kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems .
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external contractors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, schedule work, and ensure services are completed to a high standard .
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food safety guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records .
  • F&B Service Support: Collaborate with the operations team to support catering services, event setups, and the seamless delivery of food and beverage services within the workplace .
  • Budget & Inventory Management: Assist in managing the facilities budget, tracking expenses, and processing invoices. Monitor and replenish pantry, kitchen, and office supplies .
  • Space Planning & Projects: Coordinate office and facility layout changes, support renovation projects, and assist with space planning to optimize functionality .
