Facilities Engineer

Responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation of building systems and infrastructure. Oversees maintenance, coordinates with contractors, and supports energy efficiency and facility improvements.

Key Duties

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil).
• Monitor system performance and energy use.
• Coordinate repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Handle renovations and fit-out projects.
• Maintain records and support sustainability efforts.
• Respond to emergencies and breakdowns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities).
• 3–7 years’ experience in facilities or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and BMS.
• Proficient in CAFM/CMMS tools.
• Familiar with UAE regulations (DEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• UAE driving license required.
