Job Purpose
To assist in the smooth running of the facilities by resolving complex technical issues to ensure highest quality of service delivery to clients and providing support to Facilities Managers to meet budgets, efficient client reporting and managing the team on site.
Key Responsibilities

Accept responsibility for the technical and commercial success for individual projects and/or a group of projects as agreed with management

Perform Complex Preventive and corrective maintenance on the assigned sites for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping and Mechanical

Understand the maintenance schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information about the process of the facilities assigned.

Use this knowledge of the methods and activities to determine ways that processes can be refined to make the delivery of services more efficient.

Prepare equipment / asset specifications for new facilities

Determine what needs the project has and develop management controls systems that will reduce costs

Design facility-specific control systems that coordinate activities to ensure that all products meet set quality standards.

Evaluate and report on the performance and development of the contractors/suppliers to improve the level of service and highlight areas of improvements. Draft an improvement plan and follow up on steps taken by them.

Respond appropriately to any emergencies or request raised by Clients and present a roll out to the Facilities Manager

Manage all the in-house teams related to technical installations such as HVAC, Electrical Systems, Hydraulics, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Engineering degree from a well reputed University. Recommended: CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) or similar. UAE Driver’s License.
Experience:
7 years of experience in a facility management / engineering supervisory role where client management was a key aspect of the job, and exposure to budgetary and service delivery’s full requirement.
