Facilities Engineer

Riayah Facilities Management is expanding and is seeking a skilled and driven Facilities Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities
• Manage and monitor MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers
• Resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and reporting skills
• UAE driving license is preferred
