FM Engineer – Facilities Management (5+ Years Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced FM Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing facility maintenance operations, supervising technical teams, ensuring effective MEP system performance, and delivering high-quality maintenance services as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Facilities Management operations and maintenance activities.
• Supervise MEP maintenance works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and BMS systems.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance activities.
• Lead and coordinate technicians, supervisors, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure facilities are maintained as per standards.
• Monitor work orders, service requests, SLA/KPI performance, and ensure timely completion.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Prepare maintenance reports, asset reports, inspection reports, and client updates.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Manage manpower allocation, materials, spare parts, and maintenance resources.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Support cost optimization, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update records using CAFM systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an FM Engineer in Facilities Management.
• Strong experience in MEP systems operation and maintenance.
• Experience managing technicians and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of PPM schedules, SLA/KPI requirements, and CAFM systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC Facilities Management experience preferred.
