- Ensure timely processing of all work orders and monitor on-time completion
- Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of all preventive maintenance schedules and performing the day to day corrective maintenance
- Reviewing maintenance strategies (PPM and CM) that will ensure the facility is maintained and operated to optimum efficiency.
- Providing solutions & techniques for faulty systems and operational errors and implementation of a procedure for corrective actions, modification and plan for replacements, refurbishment, and new installation to maintain quality standards
- Leading the Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and ELV team of Supervisor, Foreman, and technicians to control & manage operations and making a smooth flow for all the maintenance works
- Follow up with procurement for pending materials and tools requests.
- Making incident reports, weekly site reports, monthly reports to submit to the Project manager and client
- Developing consistently the customer experience and understanding of client requirements. Participating in continuity planning, emergency planning, and evacuation drills.
- To Perform monthly property inspections to identify areas items, equipment, materials in need of repair, replacement or upgrade
- To Manage sub-contractors ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the Scope and agreed time frame
- Negotiation with subcontractors for the suitable pricing of equipment.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Preparing the costing and supporting the technical and estimation team for new tenders/bidding.
- Utilization of different reliability and testing strategies in plants to maintain and improve the operation’s profitability
- Doing the daily check of Chillers, AHU, FCU, and other HVAC systems, FA/FF systems, and rectifying if any faults are found also reporting the sub-contractors for the system, which are under AMC.
Experience and Education
- Minimum 8-9 years of varied maintenance and operational experience in the field of Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC Engineering with a bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical or any other related field.
- Very good interpersonal skills and adaptability to work in a multinational environment.
- Hands-on field experience in Facilities Management is preferred, must be familiar with technical standards & regulations.
- Must be familiar with the use of CAFM system tools & ERP applications
- Available in Doha for an interview with a transferable visa and NOC
